3-D feather fantasy for McQueen

Sarah Burton's created an awe inspiring spectacle in Paris with a palette of vibrant pink to black and soft blush pink. Alexander McQueen's ready to wear collection featured feathers and ruffles in fantastic sihouettes, the inspiration drawn from the underneath of mushrooms.

I know that undiluted the collection is a little rich for a local mall, but as art it is magnificent and toned down variations will filter down through the ether into stores. Sarah Burton is doing a beautiful job of continuing the legacy of McQueen.
